Event pages and on-site check-in
Once an event is approved, Activate hosts two public pages for it: a registration page for sign-ups and a check-in page for the day. Both are managed from the event's page in Events.
The event page at a glance
The header shows the date, city, Registrations and Seats left, with buttons to Edit event details, View landing, Copy QR and Promote.
Below it, four deliverable cards track what the event produces:
- Event framework: run sheet and guest list
- Landing page: platform-hosted, shown as Draft or Live
- QR code: on-site check-in capture
- LinkedIn posts: event promotion
The registration page
The landing page presents your event and a registration form asking for full name, work email, organisation, an optional role, and consent. RSVPs are reviewed by the event team. Preview it with View landing before you share it.
On-site check-in
The On-site QR · check-in panel shows a QR code that opens the event's check-in page. Use View page, Download or Print to put it on display at the venue. Guests scan it on arrival to record their attendance.
Registrations and leads by partner
- The Registrations table lists each attendee with their organisation, role, partner and whether they attended. Walk-ins are marked "Walk-in · unattributed".
- Leads by partner matches each registrant's email domain against each partner's configured domain. Walk-ins are counted but never attributed to a partner.
Sharing with partners
The Partner promo links card gives each promoting partner their own campaign link. Share those links rather than a partner's bare PartnerStack link, so sign-ups are credited to the right partner and campaign.
Promoting the event
Select Promote to create LinkedIn posts from the event in Social. The event's setup needs to be complete first. See Promoting a brief with social posts.
