The Workshop Pack (Sam)
Ecosystem Worksheet
The scoring behind your ecosystem map: how each partner category was assessed.
Ecosystem Worksheet

What this page shows you
This worksheet holds the scoring that sits behind your ecosystem map. For each partner category it captures three things in plain terms: a Definition of what the category is, the Value Add it brings, and the Company Outcomes it could drive for you. Each category is then scored on three things, from 1 to 5:
- Fit: how well that type of partner suits your business.
- Revenue potential: how much revenue that category could realistically bring in.
- Effort: how much work it takes to get partnerships in that category up and running.
Why it matters
The map shows you the conclusions. This worksheet shows you the reasoning. Categories are ranked by taking fit and revenue potential together, then subtracting effort, so a high-fit, high-revenue category that is very hard to activate can still sit below an easier one. The top three categories surface into your plan; the rest are parked for later. That transparency makes the plan easier to trust and easier to challenge.
How to use it
Read across a category to understand what it is and what it could do for you, then look at the three scores to see which categories stand out. The top three are the ones that feed forward into your plan, so they are worth the most attention. This worksheet is read-only for you: your consultant builds it with you during the workshop, and you see the finished result. You can download it as a PDF.
