Reviewing, approving and requesting changes
How drafts, approvals, edits, regeneration, branding choices and versions work across every brief type.
Reviewing, approving and requesting changes
Whatever the brief type, the agents produce drafts and nothing is final until you approve it. The same pattern applies in Webinars, Events, Social and Stories.
Draft and Approved
- Draft: generated and waiting for you. You can view it, edit it, change its branding, regenerate it or approve it.
- Approved: signed off. It can no longer be edited directly, so its content and branding are fixed.
Editing a draft
Most text assets have an Edit option. Change the wording, then save. Your edits are kept with the asset, and in Social you can Compare versions to see the generated text beside your edited one.
Regenerating
If a draft is not right, Regenerate asks the agent for a fresh version. Where a note box appears, describe what should change. In Webinars and Events you can also regenerate one section at a time, for example Regenerate agenda or Improve registration, without touching the rest.
Approving
Select Approve. A dialog lets you add an optional note, such as "signed off with the partner over email". Approval records who signed off and when. Approving a post or story does not publish it anywhere; you share approved material yourself. The one exception is an event, where Approve & open registration publishes the event's registration and check-in pages.
Requesting changes after approval
To change something already approved, choose Request changes. Describe the change, and Activate creates a new Draft from it. The approved version is kept unchanged in the history, so you always have a record of what was signed off.
Choosing branding
Draft assets have a branding toggle:
- Client branding: your own brand leads.
- Partner branding: the partner's logo and colour, from their detail page.
Switch it while the asset is a draft. If partner branding is missing, you can still generate; the draft is clearly labelled and uses your branding until the partner's is added. Event landing pages are always co-branded, with your brand leading and the partner shown as co-host.
Where to find drafts waiting for you

- The Assets pending filter on the Briefs page.
- The Ready for approval view on your portal's Deliverables page.
