Customer Journey Map with Partner Types
What this page shows you
This page lays your customer's journey out in five stages and overlays the partner types that help at each one. It answers a simple but important question: at which point in a customer's experience does each kind of partner actually add value?
Why it matters
Partnerships work best when they solve a specific problem for the customer at a specific moment. A partner who is perfect for winning early attention may do nothing for retention, and the other way round. Seeing partner types mapped to journey stages stops you from applying the same partner in the wrong place, and shows you where you currently have no partner support at all.
How to read it
Move across the five stages in order and look at which partner types appear at each. Notice the stages that feel thin: those are moments where the right partner could make your customer's experience noticeably better. This page is the conceptual view. The next page, Mapping Partners to the Customer Journey, turns it into a heatmap of your actual priority partners.
