Revenue history and the partner channel mix

How to read your partner channel mix, the Anchor target, projections and the PartnerStack comparison.

Revenue history and the partner channel mix

Once you have saved some months, the Revenue page does more than collect numbers. It shows how your partner share is moving and how it compares with your plan.

The partner channel mix

Your partner channel mix is the Partnerships share of a month's total revenue. It appears in the banner, in the totals bar beside the month's total, and in the history table.

Next to it, a line compares the mix with your Anchor Year-1 target: the partner revenue share set in your Strategy baseline. It tells you how many percentage points ("pp") your mix sits above or below that target, and when the Year 1 target period ends.

About projections

Select About projections for two forward-looking figures:

  • Run rate: the recent three-month growth in the Partnerships revenue you log, carried forward to show how much of the gap you are on track to close.
  • Projected pipeline: the leads and trials currently in your PartnerStack funnel, valued using the conversion assumptions and deal value in your Strategy baseline.

If either cannot be worked out yet, the popover says why, for example that there are fewer than three months of history.

Two views of the same revenue

This panel puts two figures side by side for recent months:

  • PartnerStack · attributed: partner revenue as PartnerStack records it, when a referred customer converts.
  • Finance · recognised: the Partnerships figure you logged, as your finance team recognises it.

The Spread is the difference. The two are compared, never added together. Some spread is normal, because conversion tracking and invoice recognition happen at different times.

History, last 2 years

The history table lists each month with all four channels, the total and the Monthly partner %. Tags help you read it:

  • Partial: not all four channels have been saved for that month.
  • Selected: the month you are viewing.
  • Latest: the most recent month.
  • Mixed currencies: the month's figures use more than one currency, so no total is shown.

Above the table, a summary tells you whether your partner mix has climbed, fallen or held steady over the period.
