What this page shows you

This is a readiness assessment across seven categories, each given a red, amber or green status. The seven categories are People, Process, Programs, Technology, Data, Budget and Executive Buy-in. Green means you are in good shape in that area, amber means partial readiness with some work still to do, and red means there is a blocker to sort out before you go further. Together they show, at a glance, how ready your business is to run partnerships well.

Why it matters

Maturity tells you how developed your ecosystem is. Readiness tells you something different: whether the practical building blocks are in place to actually run partnerships. It is easy to be excited about partners and still be missing something basic, and it is far cheaper to fix that now than after you have started activating partners.

How to use it

Scan the seven categories and look first at anything marked red. The report names the key blockers behind those statuses and the pre-activation actions that would clear them: the concrete things to do before partnerships go live. Work through the reds and ambers with your consultant, and use the greens as reassurance that those areas are already sound. This page is read-only, and you can download it as a PDF.
