The 7-week playbook, registrations and attendance from Zoom, follow-up drafts and webinar social posts.
Webinar results and follow-up
A webinar does not end when the session does. The webinar workspace walks you through the whole run and brings the results back from Zoom.
The 7-week playbook
Each webinar follows a four-phase playbook:
| Phase | Weeks | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-planning | W1 to 2 | Webinar team |
| Promotion + build | W3 to 5 | HockeyStick |
| Live | W6 | Webinar team |
| Follow-up | W6 to 7 | HockeyStick |
The playbook marks which phase you are in and flags gates that need attention, such as a dry run that has not been scheduled or sits inside the 48 hours before the webinar.
Registrations and attendance
- Registrations · from Zoom lists who has registered, whether through the HockeyStick page or directly on Zoom. Select Refresh from Zoom for the latest. After the scheduled end, a refresh also brings in attendance.
- Attendance · from Zoom shows who attended. Zoom reports can take a little while to become available after the session.
The registration progress bar on the Webinars list compares registrations with the target from your brief.
Follow-up
After the webinar, the Follow-up section groups attendees into segments: In discussion, Needs qualification, New lead and Registered no-show. Activate drafts follow-up content for each. Review each draft, edit it, select Save draft, then Approve.
The section shows its own state as it progresses: Pending, Segmented, Drafts ready and Sent.
Social posts for a webinar
The Social posts section raises LinkedIn posts under this Webinar brief in two phases:
- Pre-webinar promotion
- Post-webinar follow-up
Select Raise posts for a phase once the webinar setup is saved. The posts are drafted from the webinar's own date, offer, agenda and speakers. They are then edited and approved in Social; use Open in Social to get there.
On the Webinars list
Past webinars sit under Past · what they produced, with Registered, Attended and Leads for each, so you can compare them over time.
