A partner's detail page

Performance history, region and category, webinar defaults and partner branding for one partner.

A partner's detail page

Select a partner's name on the Partners page to open their detail page. It has two tabs, Performance and Branding, plus two cards that appear on both.

Region and category

PartnerStack does not send a region, and its tags do not map onto your partner categories, so these two fields are yours to set. Choose a Region and a Category and select Save. The options come from your captured strategy. If the strategy names no regions, you can type one.

Webinar defaults

This card saves you retyping the same details on every webinar with this partner.

  • Client timezone: the timezone for your engagement. Use Use my timezone to fill it in, or Clear timezone.
  • Speakers: a remembered list of names, roles and organisations. They are suggested for review on each new webinar with this partner. They are not a confirmation that anyone will attend.

Select Save Webinar defaults. Briefs that already exist keep their own setup.

The Performance tab

  • This period's Attributed revenue, Leads, Trials and Activations, plus counts of the partner's current tracked links and briefs.
  • Latest-known attribution: the most recent month that had partner activity, if it is not the current one.
  • Lifetime attribution: everything recorded for this partner.
  • Default tracked link: the partner's own PartnerStack link, with Open tracked link.
  • Campaign-specific promotional links: how many campaign links are ready, and how many still need setting up in PartnerStack by the partnership owner.
  • Monthly performance: a table of the last 24 months with activity.

If nothing has come through yet you see "No performance history yet". Numbers stay blank rather than showing zero.

The Branding tab

Partner branding is used when you choose partner branding on a draft asset.

  • Square logo: for partner cards and compact spaces.
  • Horizontal logo: for wide headers and co-branded placements.
  • Primary colour: a hex colour such as #0D5C4D.

Logos can be PNG, JPEG, AVIF or WebP files up to 2 MB. Select Save branding when you are done.

Add partner branding before you generate a Story. Stories ask for it before they can be generated.
