Your partner registry
The Partners page lists every partner in your programme, with their latest results. The banner at the top shows how many partners you have in total and how many are active.
Where partners come from
Partners arrive in two ways: from the partner worksheet in your captured strategy, and from your PartnerStack account once it is connected and syncing. If the list is empty, neither has happened yet.
Two buttons sit in the banner:
- Partner reconciliation opens the list of PartnerStack records that need a decision. See Partner reconciliation.
- Open PartnerStack opens your PartnerStack account in a new tab, when it is connected.
Filtering and sorting
- Region and category chips narrow the list. Select a chip again to clear it, or choose All.
- Metric period sets which month the numbers on each card cover. It starts on the latest complete month with data. Use Choose another month to pick any month.
- Sort partners orders the list by name or by most recently updated.
- Search partners, Lifecycle and Record type help you find a specific partner.
- Show archived identities reveals partners that are no longer current. They are hidden by default so the list shows your working partner book.
What each card shows
Each partner card shows the partner's logo or initials, their name and a status pill, and a line with their region, category and where the record came from (for example Live PartnerStack). Then come four numbers for the chosen month: Revenue, Leads, Trials and Activations.
At the bottom you see the partner's Default link and a summary of their Campaign links, such as how many are ready and how many still need setup.
A partner who has been invited but not yet accepted shows "Numbers appear after they accept and the first sync completes."
Warnings you may see
- Partner data is partial: some records could not be mapped. Use Review mapping issues.
- Partner data is stale: the last successful PartnerStack sync is more than 14 days old.
