Mapping Partners to the Customer Journey

What this page shows you
This is a heatmap. It takes your priority partners and plots them against the five stages of your customer's journey, showing where each partner is strongest and where their contribution is light or missing. Warmer areas mean a partner adds more at that stage; cooler areas mean less.
Why it matters
The previous page dealt in partner types in the abstract. This one gets specific: it shows how your real, named priority partners spread across the journey. Patterns jump out quickly. You might find several partners clustered around one stage and none supporting another, which tells you where your ecosystem is well covered and where it is exposed.
How to read it
Scan for the cold columns first: a journey stage where no partner is strong is a gap worth closing. Then scan the rows to see which partners cover the most ground. This is a worksheet, so it is read-only for you. Your consultant builds it with you and you see the finished result. If the pattern raises a question, that is exactly the kind of thing to raise in your next session.
