Why it matters

Every diagnostic and map in this pack was produced within a particular scope and against a set of assumptions. Knowing what those are helps you read the findings correctly: what they do cover, what they do not, and how much weight to put on each. It also makes the shared definitions explicit, so a term means the same thing to you as it does to your consultant.

How to use it

Read this before the diagnostics and maps, or come back to it whenever you want to check a definition or understand why a finding was framed the way it was. If anything in the pack seems to assume something about your business that does not hold, this is the page that surfaces those assumptions so you can raise it with your consultant.
