This is your roadmap laid out month by month. It takes the same workstreams and tasks from your Partnership Growth Roadmap and buckets them into a vertical, month-by-month view, so you can see what falls in each period rather than reading the plan as one long list.

Why it matters

The roadmap tells you what to do and who owns it. The Timeline View tells you when it lands. Seeing the work spread across months makes it easy to spot where a period is overloaded, where there are quiet stretches, and how the plan flows from one month to the next. That makes it a natural page to bring to planning and review conversations.

How to use it

Scan down the months to get a feel for the shape of the plan and the pace of the work ahead. Use it alongside your Partnership Growth Roadmap for the task-level detail, and the Crawl, Walk, Run Strategy for the bigger phases.
