How do I log in?

Go to platform.hockeystickai.com and enter your email. We send you a secure sign-in link and code, so there is no password. See Logging in for the details.

Can I edit my deliverables?

You can edit three things: your Branding, your intake answers via Data Intake, and your Partnership Growth Roadmap. The rest of your deliverables are built for you by your consultant.

Why can't I see a deliverable yet?

Each pack appears once your consultant has reviewed and published it. If it is not there yet, it is still being prepared or checked.

Can I download a PDF?

Yes. Your packs can be downloaded as a PDF from the deliverable workspace.

Can I change my answers after intake?

Yes. Open Data Intake and use the Edit intake button to update any answer whenever you need to.

Can I add colleagues to the portal?

Contacts are managed by your consultant. Let them know who you would like added and they will arrange it.

What is a pack?

A pack is a set of related deliverable pages produced by one agent, for example Sam's Workshop Pack. Each pack opens as its own branded workspace.

What do Jo, Sam, Alex and Riley mean?

They are the four agents that build your Align strategy. Jo handles intake, Sam runs the Workshop, Alex maps opportunities, and Riley produces your playbook and roadmap.

What happens after Align?

Align sets your strategy. The pillars that follow, Validate and then Activate, test it and put it to work. See Where Align fits and what comes next.
