The Workshop Pack (Sam)
About your Workshop Pack
The diagnostics and foundations Sam produces to ground your partner strategy.
About your Workshop Pack

Your Workshop Pack is the first set of deliverables in the Align stage. It is produced by Sam, the Workshop agent, and its job is to ground everything that follows in a clear, honest picture of where you are today.
The pack does two things. First, it establishes your starting point: how mature your partner ecosystem is, how ready your business is to run partnerships, and what your partner landscape actually looks like. Second, it lays down the shared foundations, the framework and vision, that the rest of your strategy is built on. When Alex and Riley pick up the work, they build straight on top of what Sam sets out here.
Most of these pages are read-only. Where a page is a worksheet, your consultant builds it with you during the workshop, and you see the finished result. You can download any page as a PDF.
The pages in this pack
- Context and Disclaimer: the scope and assumptions behind the pack.
- HockeyStick Partnerships Framework: the partner types your strategy is built on.
- The Evolving Role of Partners: why partnerships have become central to go-to-market.
- HockeyStick Vision: the five-pillar vision and where Align sits.
- Ecosystem Maturity Report: a benchmarked view of how mature your ecosystem is today.
- Partnership Readiness: a red, amber, green read on how ready you are to run partnerships.
- Ecosystem Worksheet: the scoring behind your ecosystem map.
- GTM Motion Gaps Worksheet: where partners can close gaps across your customer journey.
- Definition of the Ecosystem: an interactive map of your partner landscape.
Your workshop session
The Overview page also carries your session detail: the date, start time, duration and facilitator for your discovery workshop, alongside a short set of workshop objectives. The discovery workshop is the working session where you and your consultant go through this pack together and turn the diagnostics into decisions. Come ready to share anything the analysis could not know, such as context on a specific partner or a recent change in your business.
