What this page shows you

This is a diagnostic read on how mature your partner ecosystem is right now. It scores seven dimensions of your partnership practice, each from 1 to 5, and rolls them up into an overall score out of five and a maturity band. The seven dimensions are:

  • Partnership Strategy Maturity: how clear and deliberate your partner strategy is.
  • GTM Integration: how well partners are woven into how you go to market.
  • Ecosystem Coverage: how much of your potential partner landscape you actually cover.
  • Executive Commitment: how much your leadership backs partnerships.
  • Revenue Attribution and Measurement: how well you track the revenue partners drive.
  • Product and Integration Readiness: how ready your product is to work alongside partners.
  • Operational Infrastructure: the systems and processes that keep partnerships running.

Your overall score places you in one of five bands: Nascent, Developing, Progressive, Mature or World-class. The score is benchmarked against peers at your funding stage, so each dimension is shown next to where a business like yours would typically sit.

Why it matters

Before you can build a partner strategy, you need an honest starting point. The band tells you plainly whether you are early, developing or established, and the benchmark shows how that compares to businesses at the same stage as you. This sets realistic expectations and points you at the areas that will move the needle first.

How to use it

Read the overall band and score at the top, then work down through the seven dimensions to see where you are strong and where there is room to grow, and how each compares to the benchmark. The report calls out your top Align-phase priorities: usually the dimensions with the biggest gap against peers. Treat those priorities as your shortlist for the workshop discussion. This page is read-only, and you can download it as a PDF.

A lower score is not a failure. Most businesses are early on their partner journey, and knowing exactly where you stand is what makes the plan that follows realistic.
