Partners, performance and briefs

These requests read your data. They never change anything, so there is nothing to confirm.

Find quiet partners

Ask something like:

  • "Which partners are dormant?"
  • "Which partners went quiet?"

You get a list headed "Dormant partners (no qualifying activity for 90 days or more)". Each line shows the partner's name, its category and the date of its last activity. Up to 25 partners are listed, followed by how many more there are. If there are none, the agent says "No dormant partners in the last 90 days."

The list ends with a note that the result was not saved. That is expected: in Slack, this check is shown to you rather than saved to HockeyStick.

Rank your partners

Ask "Tell me my top 10 partners". You get your active partners ranked by attributed revenue, with the period, currency and total. You can name a month, for example "top 10 partners for September".

Check one partner's month

Ask "How did Acme do last month?" or simply "Partner performance". The agent asks for anything missing, then replies with:

  • Attributed revenue (from PartnerStack)
  • Leads, trials and activations

These partner figures come from PartnerStack and are read-only. The agent cannot record or change them.

Find and review briefs

  • "Find briefs" or "show my webinar briefs" searches your existing briefs.
  • "review brief" followed by the brief's ID shows its current status and any assets that are ready.

If more than one brief matches, the agent lists them with their status and ID so you can choose.

If a partner name does not match

The agent only uses partners it can match exactly:

  • If nothing matches, it asks you to say the name exactly as it appears in HockeyStick.
  • If one name is close, it asks "Did you mean" that partner. Reply "yes", or give the exact name.
  • If several match, it lists them so you can repeat the request with the right one.
