How to access your portal with a secure email link, and what to do if you get stuck.
Logging in
Your portal lives at platform.hockeystickai.com. You sign in with a secure link sent to your email, so there is no password to remember.
How sign-in works
- Go to platform.hockeystickai.com and enter the email address your HockeyStick consultant used to invite you.
- We email you a sign-in link and a short code. Open the email and either click the link or enter the code.
- That is it, you are in. The portal opens on your Dashboard.
Each link and code is single-use and time-limited. If you do not use it quickly, just request a fresh one from the sign-in page.
If the email does not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder, and any clutter or promotions tabs.
- Make sure you used the same email address your consultant invited.
- Wait a moment and request a new link, since the previous one may have expired.
Still stuck
If you cannot get in after trying a fresh link, your HockeyStick consultant is the person to contact. Reach out through your usual email or meeting channel and they will sort out your access.
