Understanding your deliverables

How your deliverables work

What a deliverable pack is, and how the three Align packs fit together.

How your deliverables work

Your deliverables are the practical output of your Align programme. They arrive as three packs, each built by a different member of the HockeyStick team and each focused on a different part of your partner strategy.

The three packs

  • Workshop, by Sam. Diagnostics and foundations that show where your partnerships stand today.
  • Opportunity Map, by Alex. A prioritised view of which partners are worth pursuing.
  • Partnership Playbook, by Riley. The strategy and roadmap that turns all of the above into a plan.

Each pack builds on the one before it, so they are meant to be read in order.

What a pack actually is

Each pack is an interactive, branded workspace rather than a static document. It opens in your browser, uses your own logos and colours, and is made up of several pages you can move through.

How they reach you

Packs unlock in your Deliverables list once your consultant has reviewed and published them. They do not appear automatically the moment a draft is ready. A real person checks everything first, so that what you see is finished and correct.

Packs appear one at a time as your programme progresses. If one is not there yet, it is still being prepared.
