Why it matters

Not all partners are the same, and treating them as if they are is one of the most common ways partner programmes stall. Knowing the partner types, and having a model for what good looks like, means every partner in your plan is chosen deliberately and worked in the right way. When you read your maps and worksheets, this framework is the vocabulary behind them.

How to use it

Read it once to get the partner types clear in your mind, then use it as a reference whenever a later page mentions a category or a stage of partner success. You do not need to memorise it.
