About your Opportunity Map

Your Opportunity Map is the second of your three Align packs, built by Alex. It takes the raw picture of your ecosystem from the Workshop Pack and turns it into a clear set of choices: which partner categories are worth your attention, which named partners sit inside them, and where the gaps and openings are.

What it does for you

The Workshop Pack showed you where your partnerships stand today. The Opportunity Map answers the natural next question: so where should we actually focus? It prioritises partner categories, profiles your ideal partner, sizes the opportunity in each area, and maps how partners help your customers at every stage of their journey.

Most pages are a read: a diagnostic or reference view you can absorb and share. A few are worksheets, which your consultant builds with you and you then see as a finished result.
