Reviewing and sharing social posts

Editing, regenerating and approving LinkedIn posts, tracked links, images and the copy handoff.

Reviewing and sharing social posts

Once generated, each post appears as its own card in the Social workspace, labelled with its voice (the company page, the executive's profile, or the partner's voice) or as Referral copy, with a Draft or Approved tag.

Editing a post

Select Edit to change the wording, then Save edit, or Discard to undo. If a draft still contains unfinished generated text, the card asks for a quick edit before you can copy or approve it.

Use Compare versions to see the text as generated beside your current version. Both are kept so future drafts can better match the partner's style.

Regenerating and requesting changes

  • On a draft, Regenerate creates a fresh version. Describe what should change.
  • On an approved post, Request changes creates a new draft. The approved version is kept.

Images

Each post has its own 1200×627 LinkedIn image with the hook, both brand marks and the brand colour. Download it with the post. It updates when you edit the post.

Each card tells you whether the partner's PartnerStack link is attached:

  • "The partner's PartnerStack link is attached to this post." Clicks are reported by partner.
  • "Untracked": the partner had no synced PartnerStack link when the post was generated.

Copy post + tracked link puts the post and the link on your clipboard together.

Approving

Select Approve. The dialog shows the approved copy and an optional Approval note. The button reads Approve · attach partner link when a link is available, or Approve · mark untracked when it is not.

Sharing

After approval, use Copy approved handoff to copy the post and its tracked link. Then schedule or publish it in LinkedIn or your social scheduling tool. HockeyStick does not post automatically.
