Open a webinar from the Webinars page to see its full workspace. The header shows Registered, Attended, Of target and Est. value.

The activation kit

The Activation kit holds everything you need to promote and run the webinar:

Agenda / run sheet
Registration graphic and Announcement graphic
Landing page copy
EDM 1 · Announcement, EDM 2 · The Shift and EDM 3 · The Close

Each tile has View, plus Edit and Approve while it is a draft, or Request changes once approved. If items are missing, the kit offers to repair them.

Download campaign kit saves everything in one file, with a manifest naming anything missing or out of date.

Graphics

Each graphic has two brand versions. Switch between Our branding and Partner branding, and choose a template: Brand colour, Dark or Light. One approval covers both brand versions.

Some webinars also show a presentation deck built from the setup. It can be rendered and downloaded as a PDF.

Creating the Zoom webinar

Nothing is sent to Zoom until you say so. Select Create Zoom webinar. A confirmation shows the webinar title, date, time, timezone and the connected Zoom account. Select Confirm Zoom creation. Repeated clicks will not create duplicates. If a previous attempt did not finish, you will see Retry Zoom webinar instead.

Zoom must be connected first, under Strategy & setup, then Integrations.

The registration page

Activate hosts the webinar's public registration page. It shows what you will cover, the speakers, and a Reserve your place form (first name, last name, email and consent). Registrants are enrolled in the Zoom webinar. Copy or open the page from the HockeyStick registration link on the webinar's workspace.

The Partner promo links card gives one campaign link per promoting partner, tagged Host or Promoter. Share these links, not the Zoom link or a partner's bare PartnerStack link, so every registration is credited to the right partner and campaign.

Estimated value

Est. value multiplies your registrants by the Average partner-sourced deal value in Finance settings. If it is blank, set that value first.
