Integrations

Activate connects to two outside services. PartnerStack supplies your partners and their results. Zoom runs your webinars. Find both under Strategy & setup, then Integrations.

Who manages them

Integrations are managed by your designated IT contact. Credentials are encrypted and every change is recorded. If you are not the IT contact, you will see each integration's status, and a note such as "Waiting for the designated IT contact to provide credentials." Your IT contact can sign in to a view that shows only this page.

PartnerStack

PartnerStack provides your partner registry, tracked links, and the clicks, signups, paid customers and revenue each partner brings in.

To connect it, the IT contact enters the PartnerStack public key and PartnerStack secret key and selects Submit keys. Activate checks the keys straight away. A successful check says the keys were received and access verified, and that the first data sync is on its way. Once syncing, your partners appear on the Partners page.

Zoom

Zoom is connected by signing in to Zoom rather than with keys. The IT contact selects Connect with Zoom, signs in with the Zoom account that owns your webinars and approves access. There are also buttons to Verify authorization, Reauthorize with Zoom if access lapses, and Revoke Zoom.

Zoom lets Activate create your webinar in Zoom when you confirm it, and bring registrations and attendance back.

Connection statuses

Status	Meaning
Not connected / Invited	Not set up yet.
Verifying	Checking the details.
Connected / Live	Working.
Reauthorization Required	Zoom needs to be connected again.
Error / Revoked	Something failed or access was removed.

Branding on assets

Branding is not a setting here. You choose it on each draft asset with the Partner branding or Client branding toggle. Client branding uses your own brand; partner branding uses the logos and colour saved on the partner's detail page. Once an asset is approved its branding is fixed. Request changes to switch it on a new draft.
