Reading your Momentum page

Momentum is your Activate home page. It answers one question first: how much of your partner revenue gap have you closed?

The headline

The large banner at the top reads "You've closed [amount] of the [amount] partner revenue gap." The second amount is the gap set in your Strategy baseline. The first is how much partner revenue has closed it so far.

Below the headline is a short written summary of performance, and two buttons:

Log [month] revenue takes you to the Revenue page for the month that is due.
Open [month] recommendations appears once a monthly review exists, and takes you to it.

The gauge and pace

On the right, a ring shows the % of gap closed. Under it, a small chip tells you whether you are ahead, on pace or behind where your plan expects you to be by now.

The pipeline tile

Below the gauge, the pipeline tile shows projected pipeline to the end of your Year 1 target period, and what share of the remaining gap it covers. It values the leads and trials in your PartnerStack funnel using the conversion assumptions in your Strategy baseline. If those assumptions are missing, the tile tells you which ones.

The outcome loop

A strip of six steps runs under the banner: Strategy, Brief, Produce, Approve, Measure, Recommend. Each step shows one or two live facts, for example how many briefs are active and how many need attention, or how many assets are ready for approval. Select any fact to jump to the matching work.

A coloured dot marks steps that need you, such as drafts waiting for approval or launch blockers on a dated webinar or event.

When the page is not filled in yet

You may see a simpler banner instead of the headline:

"Momentum starts with a Strategy Anchor." Your Strategy baseline has not been captured yet. Your HockeyStick team does this during Activate onboarding.
"Awaiting the first daily snapshot." Your numbers are calculated once a day, after PartnerStack data has been reconciled. Check back tomorrow.
"Monetary projections are paused." Your finance currency and your Strategy baseline currency differ, so money comparisons are held back. Everything else keeps working.
