Momentum numbers explained
What each KPI card, the partner table, the channel chart and the variance narrative tell you.
Momentum numbers explained
Below the outcome loop, Momentum shows your headline numbers in more detail. Here is what each part means.
The three KPI cards
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Partner sourced % | The share of your revenue that came through partners, against the target in your Strategy baseline. |
| Gap closed to date | How much of your partner revenue gap has closed, against the full gap for your Year 1 period. |
| Projected close · run rate | Where you are heading if recent growth in your Partnerships revenue continues. |
Each card has a small chip, such as "on target", "ahead", "behind" or "x% closed", and a small trend line. If a card cannot be calculated yet, it says why, for example "Needs three months of history" or "Awaiting a complete revenue month".
The outcome loop by partner
This table lists each partner with their Leads, Trials, Activations and Revenue for the period, plus a total row. These figures come from PartnerStack. Activity that could not be matched to a partner is shown as Unattributed.
If you see Attribution trust needs review, some PartnerStack records could not be matched cleanly, and their revenue is left out of this view until they are sorted. See Partner reconciliation.
Revenue by channel, last 6 months
A bar for each month splits your company revenue into Partnerships, Sales, Marketing and Product-led. Above each bar is that month's partner channel mix: the Partnerships share of the total. The footnote shows your target mix from the Strategy baseline.
These bars come from the revenue you log yourself. Use Update on the Revenue page to add or correct a month.
Variance narrative
A short written summary explains how far the gap has closed, whether you are tracking ahead of plan, on pace or below plan, what drove the change, and a few recommendations. If the summary is still being written, the page says so while your numbers stay visible.
