The four agents that build your partnership strategy, and the order they work in.
What happens in the Align stage
Align is the first of the five pillars, and it is the stage you are in now. Its job is to build the foundations of your partnership strategy. Four agents do this work, one after another, and each one builds on the one before.
The four agents
- Jo handles your onboarding and intake. Jo captures your business profile through the guided intake form, and that profile feeds everything that follows.
- Sam runs the Workshop. Sam produces your Workshop Pack: the diagnostics and foundations for your partner strategy.
- Alex handles Opportunity Mapping. Alex produces your Opportunity Map, which prioritises the partners worth pursuing.
- Riley handles Alignment. Riley produces your Playbook: the strategy and roadmap that pull it all together.
The order they work in
The agents run in sequence: intake with Jo, then Sam, then Alex, then Riley. Each stage unlocks only once the one before it is done, so the work builds up in a sensible order.
A HockeyStick consultant reviews and approves every pack before it appears in your portal. You only ever see work that a person has checked.
Once Riley's pack is complete, your Align stage is finished and you have a full partnership strategy to act on.
