Your North Star target and the partner category mix that gets you there.

Bottom-Up Partnership Model

What this page shows you

This page presents the result of the bottom-up working: your North Star target and the mix of partner categories that gets you there. It is the summary view, the single number you are aiming for and the shape of the partner portfolio behind it, drawn from the drivers captured in the worksheet.

Why it matters

A clear North Star gives your programme something concrete to steer towards, and the category mix shows where that growth is expected to come from. Together they turn a broad ambition into a target you can plan against and measure progress towards. It also keeps everyone honest: if the mix shifts, you can see the effect on the target.

How to use it

Treat the North Star as the goal your roadmap is built to reach, and the category mix as a guide to where to put your effort first. If you want to understand how the target was arrived at, open the Bottom-Up Partnerships Worksheet, where the same numbers are broken down by category and region. This page is read-only, and your consultant builds it with you. You can download it as a PDF.
