Partnership Growth Roadmap

What this page shows you

This is your prioritised, executable plan for building a scalable partner ecosystem. It groups the work into workstreams, and inside each workstream sits a list of tasks. Every task carries the same set of details, so you can read the whole plan at a glance:

• Owner: the person accountable for the task.
• Start and end dates: when the work is meant to run.
• Status: Not started, In progress, Complete or Blocked.
• Priority stars: the starred tasks are the ones that matter most, and they surface separately in Key Areas of Focus.

It is where the strategy in the rest of the pack turns into specific, assigned work you can act on.

Why it matters

A strategy is only as good as the plan that delivers it. This page is that plan. It shows what needs to happen, in what order, by when and by whom, so nothing important gets lost and everyone knows what they own. Because it lives alongside the strategy, the work always stays connected to the reasoning behind it.

The one page you manage yourself

Unlike the rest of your Playbook, this roadmap is yours to keep current. You can update the tasks, owners, dates, status and priorities as your programme moves, and your changes are saved for you. This is the one deliverable you edit directly, so treat it as a living plan rather than a fixed document.

How to edit it

You edit the roadmap in place: open it, change a task's details directly, and your changes are saved for you. There is no separate save step to remember and no draft to publish. Set a task's priority the same way, so the most important work stands out. As your plan changes, come back and adjust owners, dates and status so the roadmap always reflects where things actually stand.

There are two ways in: open it inside your Partnership Playbook alongside the rest of the strategy, or go straight to it from the Partnership Growth Roadmap item in your portal sidebar. Both open the same live plan.

How to use it

Work through it by workstream, keep the owners and dates accurate, and update status as tasks progress so the plan reflects reality. You can also download the pack as a PDF, though the downloaded copy is a snapshot rather than the live plan.
