Definition of the Ecosystem

What this page shows you
This is an interactive map of your partner landscape. Your company sits at the centre, the partner categories are drawn around you, and named partners are plotted by how well they fit and how much revenue potential they carry. The top categories and the partners most worth your attention are highlighted, so the strongest opportunities stand out at a glance.
Why it matters
Partnerships get abstract fast. Seeing the whole landscape on one map turns a long list of possible partners into something you can actually reason about: which categories matter, where the strongest opportunities cluster, and where you have gaps. It gives everyone a shared picture to point at during the workshop.
How to use it
Start at the centre and read outwards. The rings group partners into categories, and a partner's position reflects its fit and its revenue potential, so the standout opportunities pull toward the front. Explore the map to get a feel for your landscape, and note the highlighted partners as the ones most likely to reward early effort. The scoring behind these positions is set out in the Ecosystem Worksheet. This page is read-only, and you can download it as a PDF.
